The individual access to the outside area from 9 am to 5:30 pm is a nice touch. The service provided was a mix of wonderful experiences with some room for improvement. The location is convenient, especially for airport travelers, and has some nearby dining options. The dining experience was satisfactory but with room for improvement in terms of timing. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few hiccups along the way.
